About this project
This garden design project in Canford Cliffs, Poole, was originally on a slope with no real level area. A large amount of soil was excavated to enable a block work retaining wall to be constructed, providing a useable space.
The face of the wall has been finished in porcelain rock stack cladding, with a cedar post and stainless steel rope ballustrade on top for safety.
A pyramid style flight of steps leads you up to the top lawn, while the small bottom lawn is surrounded by porcelain paving. Low maintenance and simple planting was added to soften the walls and add some more colour.
